The book Educational Policy: national and international experiences reveals a dialectical movement between practice-practical theory, between synthesis/analysis and meta-analysis of educational policies, and does so considering that this reality, being dynamic, is constituted by the contradictions that arise from the struggle between antagonistic interests regarding the purpose of education.
