The Mathematics of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Proposals for Classroom Activities with the Help of GeoGebr. This ebook, a product of the dissertation "The Mathematics of the COVID-19 Pandemic," developed within the PROFMAT program, proposes a contextualized approach to mathematics teaching based on an analysis of the global health crisis. The work explores topics such as exponential functions, statistics, and mathematical modeling through the interpretation of data and graphs related to the pandemic. The proposal aims to make teaching more meaningful by connecting mathematics to current social and scientific issues. Based on Critical Mathematics Education, the research presents three proposed teaching sequences for classroom application, encouraging critical thinking and mathematical literacy.
